No, we rarely ask for a deposit on your custom framing.
You will need to leave your artwork in our care for approximately two-three days to properly assess the work and provide a comprehensive quote. Assessments are provided at no obligation or charge.

There are plenty of places to park in the Dundas area!
- There is meter parking along King Street and along Ogilvie. Please note, these meters are only free of charge on weekends and on holidays.
- There is free parking along the side streets of Dundas, watch for posted signs.
- On Hatt Street, there is a municipal parking lot adjacent to the Hamilton Public Library, as seen below:

Yes we do! Here's a step by step guide, alongside a video, on how to find it.
- The Accessibility Entrance for the Carnegie Building is located along Ogilvie Street. Enter through the Barber Atrium and head towards the back wall furthest from the door you came in.
- There will be an elevator there. Enter it, and select Lower Level.
- Once the door opposite the one you came in opens, walk to the end of the hallway until you enter the Lower Gallery Room.
- Turn right, and walk to the far end of the room.
- Exit through the doors on your left, take another left, and you will enter McMaster Gallery Custom Framing.
Yes we do. Our extensive experience means we have framed things of all shapes and sizes! Come in, and we'll gladly take a look!
We frame rug hookings, cross stitches, felted materials, scarves, clothing, jerseys, sports uniforms and more!
We only use premium archival / museum quality materials to preserve your artwork
We do not do printing, but we are happy to provide recommendations on where you can get printing done!
